DescriptionEl artículo ha sido realizado me mediante el método de investigación de fuentes originales del Derecho Civil romano con apoyo en el método empírico multidisciplinar en las fuentes histórico–jurídicas. Las acciones adyecticias deben ser consideradas acciones del comercio, de la empresa y de las mercancías. Estas acciones fueron creadas por los pretores, y desarrolladas por la jurisprudencia clásica, para conseguir un objetivo: determinar el alcance y la medida de la responsabilidad civil del comerciante, del empresario, de las empresas matrices y de las empresas filiales frente a terceros-proveedores y clientes.es-ES
