| Description | Contemporary Judicial Virtue Ethics before the Case of the Colombian Armed Conflict In this work, I want to draw attention to a relevant problem not addressed by contemporary ethics of judicial virtues: the action of judges in areas of armed conflict in Colombia. I will offer several examples. In addition, I will develop the advantages and disadvantages of six theoretical alternatives on the problem. Finally, I will attempt to defend that practical wisdom is an adequate solution to solve the formulated problem. | en-US |
| Description | En este trabajo quiero llamar la atención sobre un problema relevante no tematizado por la ética contemporánea de la virtud judicial: la acción de los jueces en zonas de conflicto armado en Colombia. Ofreceré diversos ejemplos. Luego, expondré las ventajas y desventajas de seis alternativas teóricas sobre el problema. Al final del trabajo intentaré defender que la frónesis es el recurso adecuado para resolver el problema formulado. | es-ES |
