| Description | En el presente artículo se abordan algunas de las políticas para la contención del Covid-19 adoptadas en los centros penitenciarios de Chile, partiendo de un diagnóstico de vulnerabilidad que afecta al grupo de personas reclusas, previo a la pandemia, pero que se profundiza con ella. Se propone la incorporación de la categoría de discriminación estructural en el sistema de ejecución penal, como una herramienta de análisis de la cuestión carcelaria. | es-ES |
| Description | This article addresses some of the policies for the containment of Covid-19 adopted in prisons in Chile, based on a vulnerability diagnosis that affects the group of people deprived of liberty, pre-pandemic, but which deepens with it.
