Description	El trabajo comienza con el análisis de la propuesta de reforma del artículo 49 de la Constitución del año 2018 y del dictamen que al respecto realizó el Consejo de Estado. A partir de ahí, se expone el marco de referencia con el que debe realizarse una reforma del tratamiento de la discapacidad en la Constitución ajustado al discurso de los derechos humanos.	es-ES
