En este trabajo se busca estudiar la protección de los derechos sociales en los ordenamientos de Colombia y España a partir de la regulación constitucional de estos derechos y las técnicas de garantía usadas por la Corte Constitucional colombiana y el Tribunal Constitucional español. This paper seeks to analyze the protection of social rights in the Colombian and Spanish legal systems based on the constitutional regulation of these rights and the guarantee techniques used by the Colombian Constitutional Court and the Spanish Constitutional Court.
