In this commentary, the author makes an analysis of the Regulation 2015/1775 of the European Union, which regulates trade of seal products. To this purpose, she also analyzes the previously applicable legal regime, and the jurisprudence of the High Court of Justice of the EU and the positioning of the World Trade Organization on the subject as well.En este comentario, la autora realiza un análisis del Reglamento 2015/1775 por el que la Unión Europea regula el comercio de productos derivados de la foca. Para ello, analiza también cuál era el régimen legal anteriormente aplicable, así como la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la UE y el posicionamiento de la Organización Mundial del Comercio sobre la materia.
