| Description | The education of lawyers at UDELAR privileges the transmission of a represented and stabilized knowledge produce by nineteenth-century methodological schools criteria. Some of the principles that characteri- ze University could be adopted as one of the teaching strategies that allow students and teachers to reconsider the fundamental role of general theory of law and legal philosophy in the education of future lawyers. The article describes the potential of the assembly as a teaching practice that may favor or encourage the epistemic rupture with the dogmatic point of view. | en-US |
| Description | La formación de los abogados en la UDELAR privilegia la transmisión de un saber representado y estabilizado producido por las escuelas me- todológicas del siglo XIX. Algunos de los principios que identifican a la Universidad podrían ser adoptados como una de las estrategias didácticas que permitan a estudiantes y docentes reconsiderar el rol fundamental de la teoría general del Derecho y la Filosofía del Derecho en la formación de los futuros abogados. El artículo relata las potencialidades de la asam- blea como práctica de enseñanza que puede favorecer, o alentar, la ruptura epistémica con la mirada dogmática del Derecho. | es-ES |
