DescriptionThe purposes of the Professional Practice lie at the core of the objectives of the subject. Throughout this work, I will conduct a special analysis on those purposes, which will in turn take us to a more comprehensive analysis.As regards the Student-Teacher relationship, I will first depict the participants involved, while trying to provide an insight into the relationship which arises between them during the university education process. This relationship, as far as I can see, undergoes a necessary transformation and is inherently different from the relationships experienced in other university subjects. To achieve such necessary transformation is also an integral part of the objectives of the Professional Practice.Understanding the purposes of the Professional Practice leads us to understand the functioning of the system as a whole. This system is made up of three fundamental elements: Student - Teacher - Client. These elements interact within the structure called Legal Representation in order to fulfill the purposes set forth by the Professional Practice. It is within this necessary interaction where the Student-Teacher relationship takes place, from my point of view, as a bidirectional relationship, which is of the utmost importance to the two parties involved.The definition of the roles and the exploration of the above-stated relationships is the key to understanding, improving and optimizing the operation of the whole structure known as Legal Representation.en-US
DescriptionLos propósitos de la Práctica Profesional son el eje principal del objeto de la materia. En el desarrollo de este trabajo realizaré un análisis par- ticular de los propósitos de la Práctica Profesional, los cuales llevan a un análisis integral del tema.En cuanto a la relación estudiante-docente, en primera medida procederé a identificar a los partícipes y su interacción en el proceso de formación de grado, adentrándome así en el análisis de la relación que se suscita entre ellos, lo que, a mi entender, constituye una relación que sufre una transformación necesaria respecto de la misma relación en el resto de las materias de grado. Lograr esta transformación necesaria es parte de conseguir los propósitos de la Práctica Profesional.Entender los fines de la Práctica Profesional nos lleva a comprender el funcionamiento del sistema en forma integral. Éste está compuesto por tres elementos fundamentales: estudiante, docente y consultante. Es- tos elementos interactúan en esta estructura llamada Patrocinio Jurídico en pos de cumplir con los propósitos de la Práctica Profesional. Dentro de esta interacción necesaria se produce también la relación estudiante- docente-estudiante, la que en mi opinión es una relación bidireccional, con la importancia que esto conlleva para las dos partes de tal relación.Del análisis de todo el sistema llamado Patrocinio Jurídico, podemos identificar a los propósitos como eje central del objeto de la materia. La definición de los roles y el entendimiento de las relaciones entre cada uno de los elementos del sistema ayuda a la comprensión de las relaciones que se producen entre ellos. Entender y estudiar dichas relaciones nos ayudarán a mejorar y optimizar el funcionamiento de todo el sistema.es-ES
