DescriptionNuestro objetivo en el presente artículo es analizar la regla del art. 2519 del CC chileno respecto de la interrupción de la prescripción de las obligaciones con pluralidad de sujetos. Junto con ello, sistematizar el estado de la cuestión en torno a su aplicación a propósito de dos tipos de obligaciones solidarias de fuente legal: la solidaridad cambiaria y la solidaridad extracontractual.es-ES
