| Description | This commentary analyzes an educational conflict of particular relevance, such as the non-renewal of the enrollment of students with ADHD because of misbehavior by educational institutions. After indicating the characteristics of the aforementioned disorder that have an influence in the academic field, and taking into account the requirements arising from the principle of the best interests of the child or adolescent, it deals, first, with the attitude that educational establishments should adopt with respect to students who present an ADHD, and subsequently, the role that the parents should assume. | en-US |
| Description | El presente comentario analiza una sentencia relativa a un conflicto educacional de particular importancia, como lo es la no renovación, por parte de los establecimientos educacionales, de las matrículas de los estudiantes que tienen un trastorno de déficit atencional e hiperactividad por mal comportamiento. Luego de indicar las características del mencionado trastorno que tienen influencia en el ámbito académico, y teniendo en vista los requerimientos emanados del principio del interés superior del niño, niña o adolescente, se trata, en primer lugar, la actitud que deben adoptar los establecimientos educacionales respecto de los estudiantes que presenten un trastorno de déficit atencional e hiperactividad y, con posterioridad, el papel que deben asumir los progenitores. | es-ES |
