Scientific progress in the knowledge of the brain and the existence of the neurotechnologies involve considering the neuro rights in the laws the any country and as part to the fundamental rights to quarter generation. It is intended to define to the new rights like to reflexive required one contribution for a respectful and possible legislative work.El avance científico en el conocimiento del cerebro y la existencia de neuro- tecnologías implican considerar a los neuroderechos en la agenda parlamentaria de cualquier país, y también como parte de derechos fundamentales de cuarta generación. Se pretende definir algunos de estos nuevos derechos como un aporte reflexivo requerido para una labor legislativa respetuosa y posible.
