The international legal framework established in treaties and conventions enters the national sphere through the different ways, as mentioned in this article: constitutionally, legally, jurisprudentially, politically and culturally. This article mainly refers to its admission through jurisprudence. Nowadays, Inter-American Court of Human Rights jurisprudence has attained increased visibility and importance in Mexico. This phenomenon represents a leading hypothesis on internal admission of the international human rights framework, especially the American Convention on Human Rights or Pact of San Jose.El orden jurídico internacional, establecido en tratados o convenciones, ingresa al ámbito nacional por diversas vías, que se mencionan en este artículo: constitucional, legal, jurisprudencial, política y cultural. El presente artículo se refiere, primordialmente, al ingreso por vía jurisprudencial. En nuestros días, la jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos ha adquirido gran visibilidad y relevancia en México. Este fenómeno constituye una hipótesis destacada de recepción interna del ordenamiento internacional de los derechos humanos, particularmente la Convención Americana sobre Derechos Humanos o Pacto de San José.
