DescriptionThis study analyzes the trial of protection of human rights in the state of Veracruz and its link, as a constitutional process of local order, to the courts of the Judicial Power of the Federation, specifically through the juicio de amparo. This way, first, we’ll analyze the way relationships between federal and local courts inside the Mexican federal system have been conceived; secondly, the trial protection of human rights in Veracruz as a mechanism of local constitutional jurisdiction; third, the solutions that have been given to explain the relationships between federal and local courts in local constitutional jurisdiction. And finally, it is proposed–from the inception of this local judgment as a subsidiary and complementary instrument of federal justice- the requirement to explain the relationships between the courts from a model of judicial federalism of local constitutionality in the mexican State.en-US
DescriptionEn el presente trabajo se analiza el juicio de protección de derechos humanos del estado de Veracruz y la relación que guarda, como proceso constitucional del orden local, con los tribunales del Poder Judicial de la Federación, en concreto a través del juicio de amparo. En este sentido, se analizará: primero, la manera en que se han concebido las relaciones entre los órganos del Poder Judicial dentro del sistema federal mexicano, segundo, el juicio de protección de derechos humanos de Veracruz como mecanismo de jurisdicción constitucional local, y, tercero, las soluciones que se han dado para explicar las relaciones entre tribunales federales y locales en materia de jurisdicción constitucional local. Por último, se sostiene -a partir de la concepción de este juicio local como instrumento subsidiario y complementario de la justicia federal- la necesidad de explicar las relaciones entre los tribunales a partir de un modelo de federalismo judicial de constitucionalidad local en el Estado mexicano.es-ES
