| Description | This article analyzes the social rights proposition contained in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union which has been included in the formal structure of the 2004 Union Constitutional Treaty. | Description | Este artículo analiza la propuesta que en materia de derechos sociales se hace en la Carta de Derechos Fundamentales de la Unión Europea, la cual fue incluida dentro del cuerpo formal del Tratado Constitucional de la Unión Europea de 2004. Para ello, el autor describe los antecedentes de la Carta, su elaboración y aprobación final. Asimismo, se hace un listado sobre cuáles fueron los derechos sociales incluidos en la Carta para finalmente elaborar un análisis y una crítica a estos derechos destacando sus alcances y limitaciones. | es-ES |
