In this work, we will approach one of the celebrated questions of the General Part of the Private International Law, the fraud to the law.For it, we will analyze the System of Argentinean Private International Law, in particular, the pertinent norms of the Civil Code, by the light of the national and foreign prestigious doctrine, and of the jurisprudence. Finally, I will expose my reflections about so interesting question.En este trabajo, abordaremos una de las cuestiones célebres de la Parte General del Derecho Internacional Privado, el fraude a la ley. Para ello, analizaremos el Sistema de Derecho Internacional Privado Argentino, en particular, las normas pertinentes del Código Civil, a la luz de la doctrina más prestigiosa nacional y extranjera, y de la jurisprudencia. Finalmente, expondré mis reflexiones acerca de tan interesante cuestión.
