The first part of this investigation was published in the Electronic Review, Year 1 - Nº 2, 2008. In this work, we approach, with the same methodology, to the testamentary subjects (testators, legatees, heirs and executors) pointing out, in lathe of them, the survival of the tradition and the impact of the Nineteenth century renovation. The notarial protocols constituted the direct or primary source where we water, and the results obtained are exposed in a cuali-quantitative way in the numeric squares inserted in the text.La primera parte de la presente investigación se publicó en la Revista Electrónica Año 1 – Nº 2, 2008. En ésta abordamos, con la misma metodología de trabajo, lo concerniente a los sujetos testamentarios (testadores, legatarios, herederos y albaceas) señalando, en torno de ellos, la supervivencia de la tradición y el impacto de la renovación decimonónica. Los protocolos notariales constituyeron la fuente directa o primaria donde abrevamos y los resultados obtenidos están expuestos de manera cuali-cuantitativa como lo demuestran los cuadros numéricos intercalados en el texto.
