Description	“Critique of violence” by Walter Benjamin has become a crucial text to understand some of the main lines of thought of the current discussion on political and legal philosophy, particularly, on the biopolitical issue. This article presents an analysis of the essay based on the examination of the three key concepts of Benjamin’s approach: the notions of law, violence and lenguage, and the particular way in which they interrelate under a “divine violence” concept.	en-US
Description	“Para una crítica de la violencia” de Walter Benjamin se ha convertido en un texto decisivo para entender algunas de las líneas principales del debate actual de la filosofía política y jurídica, en especial, la referida a la cuestión biopolítica. Este artículo presenta un análisis de este ensayo a partir del examen de los tres conceptos claves del planteo benjaminiano: las nociones de derecho, violencia y lenguaje, y de la particular forma en que se vinculan mutuamente bajo el concepto de “violencia divina”.	es-ES
