On the basis of a statement referred to the most relevant aspects of the theoretical construction of the right to political participation receipt of such right in the Argentine legal system are analyzed; reflecting as well on the way that the participatory dynamics of Argentine contemporary political and institutional system has been institutionalized.Sobre la base de una exposición referida a los aspectos más relevantes de la construcción teórica del derecho de participación política se analizará su recepción en el ordenamiento jurídico argentino; reflexionando a su vez sobre la manera en que ha sido institucionalizada la dinámica participativa del sistema político e institucional argentino contemporáneo.
