DescriptionThe enactment of the Mexican Time Zone Law established a substantial change in the subject. Its regulation introduces legally transcendental aspects from an organic and institutional point of view and for the study of human rights. DescriptionLa expedición de la Ley de los Husos Horarios en los Estados Unidos Mexicanos estableció un cambio sustancial en la materia. Su regulación introduce aspectos jurídicamente trascendentes desde el punto de vista orgánico e institucional y para el estudio de los derechos humanos. Así, este trabajo analiza, desde una perspectiva constitucional y jurisprudencial, la relevancia de la ley para el ordenamiento jurídico mexicano.es-ES
