We propose that he was a historic king that reorganized Rome and left its federation of people feature behind to turn it into a real city. DescriptionEl presente trabajo intenta un análisis de la obra fundacional de Lucio Tarquino Prisco. Postula que dicho personaje corresponde a un rey histórico y que habría llevado adelante la reorganización de Roma, dejando atrás su calidad de federación de gentes para convertirla en una verdadera ciudad. Para ello, llevó adelante una reforma del Senado, una reestructuración de las curias y tribus y la introducción del imperium como poder.es-ES
