| Description | This paper examines the importance of the constitutionalization of the judicial career in Peru. The text focuses on the need for restructuring to increase the transparency and efficiency of the national judicial system. To this end, the author approaches, from a critical perspective, the reform proposals that have been prepared by working groups with the aim of determining progress in the structuring of a true judicial career in the country. Given the relevance of this task, it is important that future constitutional reforms are clearly articulated and that their implementation is effective. The tendency to make superficial regulatory changes that do not have a significant impact on judicial practice is therefore questioned. Consequently, a reorganisation is required to strengthen the justice system in a way that is comprehensive, efficient and respects constitutional principles. | en-US |
| Description | El presente trabajo examina la importancia de la constitucionalización de la carrera judicial en el Perú. El texto se centra en la necesidad de una restructuración que incremente la transparencia y eficiencia del sistema judicial nacional. Para ello, el autor aborda, desde una perspectiva crítica, las propuestas de reforma que han sido elaboradas por grupos de trabajo con el objetivo de determinar avances en la estructuración de una verdadera carrera judicial en el país. Dada la relevancia de esta tarea, se subraya la importancia de que las futuras reformas constitucionales sean articuladas de manera clara y que su implementación sea efectiva. Se cuestiona, por lo tanto, la tendencia de realizar cambios normativos superficiales que no tienen un impacto significativo en la práctica judicial. En consecuencia, se requiere una reorganización que permita fortalecer el sistema de justicia de manera íntegra, eficiente y respetuosa de los principios constitucionales. | es-ES |
